At Saima Systems we are following the latest news on the situation caused by the Coronavirus COVID-19 worldwide, committed to the health of our employees, customers and Partners. Our objective is twofold: on the one hand, to guarantee the safety of all the people in our company and, on the other, to ensure the complete provision of all our services to our clients.

 

For this reason, we have taken the necessary measures, both prevention and action in case of possible contagion.

 

The majority of the staff is telecommuting and we recommend replacing, as far as possible, face-to-face meetings with video calls.

 

Thanks to these measures, no service will be affected and customers will be able to continue to contact the Technical, Administrative and Commercial department for any technical eventuality, administrative queries or to contract services and equipment. Our hours will remain the usual (from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. ) and 24/7 hours for all those clients who have the SLA service.
